It turns out that when I am focused on sharing purpose with you and for you then I move beyond even those moments of “I don’t like you” into a place of hope and encouragement.
All it takes is a little shift in focus that begins with a little change in my words.

2. I talk abilities.
3. I talk talents.
4. I talk training.
5. I talk about where these intersect.
