Today:
#Joy Sharing – 5 – Thoughts
I have to make the choice to invest in thoughts of joy and possibility if I want to build up a wall of protection against the negatives of the world. The world will try to bring me down but the thoughts of joy will give me the strength to stand.
1. Contemplation – take a moment to clear out the clutter of the day or the moment and seek a quiet space (in the physical world but also in the mind).
2. Meditation – think about the positive words you are trying to grow up. Get a mental image of what they will look like and meditate on that image and idea.
3. Repetition – repeat the positive thought over and over for a prolonged period of time each day. Thirty minutes of repetition will help secure the thought in the mind.
4. Imagination – dare to believe or at least dare to allow your mind to think over everything and anything without limits or expectations. Just let the ideas fly.
5. Celebration – enjoy the wins. Enjoy the happy moments. Enjoy the growth. Take time to revel in the positive things that grow up in the thoughts and in life.

3. I share joy in the attitude I have and show.
4. I share joy in the actions I take.
